Head of Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna, B. Mamytaliyev visited South Kazakhstan Oblast on a working trip
On November 9 of this year, Chairman of Management Board of Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC, Baurzhan Mamytaliyev during his working visit to South Kazakhstan Oblast familiarized with the construction progress of "Adiya" house which is being constructed in Shymkent.
During the visit, Baurzhan Mamytaliyev held a meeting with the Akim of South Kazakhstan oblast Zhanseit Tuimebayev to discuss issues regarding cooperation and implementation of housebuilding within State Program of Regional Development till 2020.
Construction of "Adiya" residential complex in Shymkent is performed by Adiya Group Turan LLP within Regions Development Program till 2020 under financial support of Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC. By the end of 2016, it is planned commission 24,068 square meters or 377 apartments of residential complex "Adiya" (first trench - 5.6 houses).
Practical aspects of cooperative projects implementation, based on public-private partnership, are carried out by Real Estate Fund in other regions of the country as well. As a part of Program implementation, Real Estate Fund has concluded Contracts for financing 15 housing construction projects in 12 regions of the country (in the cities of Astana, Almaty, Aktobe, Taraz, Karaganda, Shymkent, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kyzylorda, Aktau, Atyrau and Almaty Oblast, Kokshetau).
As for November 1, 2016, within the framework of Regions Development Program till 2020, 335.55 thousand square metres of buildings were already commissioned, 274 thousand square metres were taken ownership, 267.4 thousand square metres were sold, including 50.1 thousand square metres in 8 months of 2016. Totally, within the framework of Regions Development Program till 2020 it is planned to build about 10 000 apartments, 80% of which belong to Real Estate Fund.
Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC was established in 2009 and is the largest developer and operator of state programs in Kazakhstan. Since 2016 the Fund has been implementing "Nurly Zhol" program of support for private developers and construction of commercial housing.
